old Shanghai alongside the splendour of the new, offering contemporary
Chinese cuisine with a creative twist. It is located at the newly refurbished
Clifford Pier – a heritage icon, and features designer chinois interior,
juxtaposed with the beautifull conserved colonial architecture of
Clifford Pier. It is set up by, Calvin Yeung, co-founder Aqua Group, HK,
and creator of some of HK’s most cutting-edge restaurants, including
highly-acclaimed Hutong, Ayuthaiya, Water Margin and Wasabi Sabi.
It recently won Best Ambience (Asian) by Wine & Dine Singapore’s
Top Restaurants 2009 Special Awards.
