Paying homage to Singapore’s upcoming golden jubilee celebration,Jade restaurant’s Master Chef Leong Chee Yeng brings back well loved, traditional Cantonese creations from the 1970s and 80s. Triggering old memories through familiar tastes and flavours, the Nostalgic Feast Dinner and a la carte Menus are specially curated along with Mr Wong Ah Yoke, the highly respected restaurant reviewer and food critic from The Straits Times. Available from 4 June to 31 July, savour classic creations such as the Chinese Eight Treasures Duck, Pan-fried King Prawns with Special Sauce and Crispy Yam Ring with Kung Pao Chicken and Cashew Nuts. A 7-course set dinner menu is available from S$85* per person.
