From 5 to 31 October, the Hairy Crab Feast returns to Jade Restaurant in a specially curated daily dinner set menu as Master Chef Leong Chee Yeng doles out palate pleasing dishes using the divine crustacean. Enjoy a luxurious gourmet experience and indulge in well-executed creations such as the Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Thai Chilli Dressing, Wok-fried Egg White with Bird’s Nest served with Double-boiled Superior Fish Maw Consommé and Black Sesame Puree with Custard Flavoured Glutinous Dumpling.
