The Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill is hosting a one-night-only 5-course whisky dinner on 29th June (Thursday) at 7pm – featuring The Dalmore Whisky from the Principal Collection – The 12, The 15, The 18, Cigar Malt Reserve and Alexandra III and Jura Superstition.
Joining us in the evening will be our guest speaker, Adam Knox, brand ambassador of The Dalmore. He will be taking us through the evening explaining each whiskies’ distinctive story, the pairings for each different flavour profiles of the spirits along with how The Dalmore became the most revered single malt whisky in the world.
