Celebrate Peranakan heritage and visit Choo Yilin's special pop-up store at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore where exquisite Peranakan-themed jewellery will be on display for sale, from 23 - 26 June. This includes their Peranakan Pop collection, the Peranakan Jade Bangle and Peranakan Ear Hoops.

In addition, uncover your artistic flair with Choo Yilin's very own Peranakan Watercolour Workshops conducted by Priscilla Tan, where you can learn to paint your favourite Peranakan icons such as traditional kuehs and jewellery.

Peranakan Watercolour Workshops

Venue: East Garden Foyer, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore 

Timing: Saturday, 25 June, 10am - 1pm or 2.30pm - 5.30pm

Price: S$200

In this class, students will learn the techniques of illustration and watercolour with Peranakan history as learning subjects. Each student will get to bring home their artwork with a mounting frame.

About Priscilla Tan

Priscilla Tan is a jewellery designer by day and watercolour artist by night. Priscilla has graduated with a degree in Fashion Marketing at University of Huddersfield and a diploma in Fashion Design at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. In 2007, she won the TOPSHOP/TOPMAN Fresh Graduate showcase organized by Singapore Fashion Week. She hopes to spend her life being inspired by fashion and all things beautiful.
