Unwind within the lush ambience of The Fullerton Bay Hotel’s waterfront lounge and sip on a free flow of coffee or tea while you enjoy decadent sweets served on an exquisite 3-tier cake stand. These include Gluten-free Chocolate Pave, Double Chocolate Cupcake, Salty Chocolate Caramel Tartlet,Chocolate Choux Puff, Tiramisu in Chocolate Cupand Macaroons. The set also includes a luscious chocolate dipping served with fresh fruits and housemade marshmallows.

Priced at S$32* per adult and S$28* per child, the Easter Chocolate Rhapsody set is available from 25 and 26 March, from 8.00pm to 11.00pm.

Easter Weekend Afternoon Tea at The Landing Point (26 and 27 March)

Enjoy the Easter Afternoon Tea at The Landing Point and unwind while gazing at the waters of Marina Bay. Served on an elegant three-tier stand, the Afternoon Tea set comprises treats such as Cannelés Bordelais, specially crafted Double-Flavoured MacaroonsEaster Chocolate Praline as well as signature creations like Mozzarella Pesto Sandwich on Semi- Dried Tomato Roll, Quail Egg with Cucumber and Strawberry Cream Cheese and Avocado and Smoked Chicken on Sesame Roll.

Available from 26 and 27 March, The Landing Point’s Easter Afternoon Tea is priced at S$49* per adult and S$25* per child. Diners can also opt to pair the delights with Champagne at S$69*.


Easter Saturday Brunch at La Brasserie (26 March)

Spend the Saturday afternoon with your loved ones at La Brasserie, and indulge in a waterfront dining experience with a Semi-buffet accompanied by a range of salads and meats. Select a dish from our Organic Eggalicious menu, including Poached Egg on Braised Beef Short Rib with Hollandaise Sauce,Sous Vide Egg with Truffles and Hollandaise. Sweeten your Easter celebration with homemade French pastries such as Gateau Au Chocolat,Cannelés Bordelais and Savarin aux Fruits.

Easter Saturday Brunch at La Brasserie is available from 12.00pm to 3.30pm at S$118* per person inclusive of unlimited Champagne and Bloody Mary, or S$98* per person without champagne, and S$44* for children between 6 and 11 years old.

Easter Sunday Brunch at La Brasserie (27 March)

Dine by the bay with an extravagant Easter Brunch at the chic La Brasserie in the company of friends and family. Take your pick from the buffet line featuring Housemade Foie Gras Terrine,Bouillabaisse Seafood Bisque Soup, seafood such as Fine De Claire OystersPoached Live Prawns and Boston Lobster alongside eggs freshly prepared to your liking, as well as Roasted Rib wrapped in Provence Herbs and Oven-baked Rack of Lamb, carved ‘live’ at our carving station. Be spoilt for choice by the dishes straight from the stoves such as our signature Duck Confit. Diners can also create their own pasta at our Pasta station with a range of sauces and condiments. End the brunch on a sweet note with our dessert buffet spread featuring mini tarts, mousses, bouchons and éclairs and toast.

A French Easter Set Dinner at La Brasserie (27 March)

Pamper your loved ones with an elegant 4-course dinner coupled with stunning views of the Marina Bay’s dazzling waters and nightscape this Easter. The menu includes Salmon Confit with Parsnip Mousse, Caviar and Shiso Cress, Pigeon Consomme with Foie Gras Tortellini, Prawn wrapped in Pancetta, Asparagus Risotto, Hollandaise Sauce or Pistachio-crusted Lamb Rack with Pommes Lyonnaise, Braised Sweet & Sour Cabbage and Port Wine Reduction as well a Chocolate and Caramel Pear Tart served with Cream Chantilly to end the meal.

The Easter 4-Course Set Dinner is priced at S$68* per person with a free flow of soft drinks and juices.


Easter Sunday Brunch at The Clifford Pier (27 March)

Embark on a heritage journey this Easter as you tuck into nostalgic traditional Asian delights and Western classics at a conserved 1933 heritage site. Soak in the grandeur of the former pier as you dine on a gourmet spread that includes Seafood on ice; Boston Lobster, Snow Crab, Half-shell Scallops and Freshly-shucked Seasonal Oyster.
