Easter Chocolate Buffet at The Courtyard (25 and 26 March)

Experience The Fullerton Hotel’s signature chocolate buffet with Easter delights such as Easter Chocolate Marshmallow Cake, Ivory White Chocolate Cherry Cake, Macaé Chocolate Tarts and Chocolate Crème Brûlée, alongside a decadent Chocolate Fountain served with fresh fruits and marshmallows, Macaroons, Chocolate Bonbons, Ice Creams and more.

Another highlight of our chocolate buffet is the Hot Chocolate Connoisseurs’ Bar, where our chef will create a cup of premium hot chocolate à la minute, according to your choice from a selection of eight different percentages of cocoa.

Priced at S$38* per adult and S$19* per child aged 6 to 11 years old, chocolate lovers may also enjoy it with a glass of dessert wine or Rosé at S$46* per adult. The Easter Chocolate Buffet is available on 25 and 26 March, from 8.00pm to 11.00pm.

Easter Afternoon Tea at The Courtyard (25 to 27 March)

Bask in the warm sunshine in the hotel’s soaring atrium as you spend a relaxing afternoon enjoying an assortment of freshly handcrafted gourmet bites served on a classic 3-tier stand. Highlights include Mini Bagel with Cheddar Cheese and Parma Ham, Vanilla Bourbon Crème Brûlée, Hot Cross Bun and our signature Vanilla and Raisin Scones with Strawberry Jam and Clotted Cream, as well as Easter Chocolates.

Priced at S$49* per adult and S$25* per child aged 6 to 11 years old, these replenishable afternoon tea delights are best paired with our selection of premium teas. Alternatively, diners may also enjoy the Afternoon Tea set with a glass of red or white wine at S$59* per adult or Champagne at S$69* per adult. The Courtyard’s Easter Afternoon Tea is available from 25 to 27 March, from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and 4.30pm to 6.00pm.


Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch at Town Restaurant (27 March)

Our all day-dining restaurant, Town Restaurant provides the perfect setting for its renowned Sunday Champagne Brunch. Be spoilt for choice by a selection of both Asian and Western delicacies ranging from classic breakfast favourites, eggs, hearty pastas and pizzas, quality roasts, fresh crustaceans, foie gras seared à la minute, a divine cheese selection and an extensive range of Easter-themed desserts.

Dine on gourmet Easter fare including Wood Fired Oven-baked “Torta Pasqualina” (an Italian pie traditionally made with artichokes, spinach, parsley and ricotta), Traditional Easter Ricotta and Spinach TartBaked Chunky Lamb as well as Vegetable Shepherd Pie. Seafood lovers can enjoy fresh seafood such as Boston Lobsters, Live Prawns, Half-Shell Scallops, Snow Crab and Freshly-shucked Oysters.

Desserts comprise a bountiful selection of sweet treats including our Easter Carrot and Walnut CakeEaster Chocolate Eggs and a decadent Chocolate Fountain.

Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch at Town Restaurant is available from 12.30pm to 4.00pm at S$188* per person inclusive of a free flow of Champagne, or S$138* per person with a free flow of juices and soft drinks, and S$65* per child between 6 and 11 years old.


‘Buona Pasqua’ Italian Easter Semi-Buffet Lunch at The Lighthouse (27 March)

Savour a hearty Easter celebration the Italian way as you indulge in a range of authentic Italian fare accompanied by breathtaking panoramic views of the Marina Bay waterfront. The semi-buffet features a selection of Antipasti starters such as Smoked Tuna Fish Carpaccio with Orange Jam, Poached Veal with Tuna Sauce and Truffles, Figs and Parma Ham, Roasted Stuffed Tomatoes, delightful salads and soup. Sharing portions of the luxurious Black Truffles with Cheese Risotto and a traditional homemade egg-based pasta served with a local twist, Garganelli with Chili Crab Sauce, will also be passed around the table – a common sight at any Italian gathering- followed by a choice of mains that includes Mediterranean Style Pan-seared Cod Fish served with Potatoes and Taggiasche Olives and Slow-cooked Lamb Shank with Rosemary, Polenta and Balsamic Glaze Pearl Onions. A familiar selection of well-loved Italian desserts such as Tiramisu, Panna Cotta and an Italian traditional Easter cake, Colomba Pasquale will end your meal on a perfect note.

The ‘Buona Pasqua’ Italian Easter Semi-Buffet Lunch is available on 27 March, Sunday, from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, at S$128* per adult and S$68* per child. For a complete Italian celebration experience, diners can pair the sumptuous meal with free flowing Prosecco at S$168* per adult.
