Hailing from The Nam Hai, Hoi An in Vietnam, three guest chefs will showcase a mouth-watering Vietnamese spread at Town Restaurant’s dinner buffet. Starting today till 2 October, enjoy all-time Vietnamese favourites such as Banana Flower Salad with Smoked Duck, Braised Short Ribs, Steamed Clams with Lemongrass. Taste freshly prepared portions of Cau Lau, Pho Bo and Pho Ga at the live noodles stations. Street food staples such as Banh Mi and Ban Xeo – Crispy Coconut Pancake with Dipping Sauce – will also be prepared à la minute. Fans of Vietnamese cuisine will be delighted to find Suckling Pig and Char-grilled Calamari Skewers served with Mixed Vietnamese Pickles and Chilli Dressing at the carvery station.
