Chef Kovryzhenko Iurii from Vintage Noveau restaurant in Lviv, Ukraine will helm La Brasserie as part of World Gourmet Summit 2017’s Epicurean Delights. Known for his exploration of edible flowers and slow-cookery, Chef Iurii will present delightfully vibrant plates of Dumplings with Pike Perch and Mushroom Sauce, Jellied Oxtail with Beetroot Cream, and Duck with Roots in Different Textures as part of his philosophy to impart happiness through his creations.
