Forlino’s new Chef de Cuisine Yohhei Sasaki is proud to present a new and innovative “à la carte” menu. Drawing inspiration during his culinary training with Michelin-star chefs in Italy and his time spent in Japan and Singapore, Chef Sasaki’s new creations reflect his culinary philosophy of creating only the best food for his customers.
