Marina Bay - The Fullerton Heritage Precinct

As Asia’s leading sustainable light art festival, i Light Marina Bay 2016 returns to transform Singapore’s iconic Marina Bay into a glittering ensemble of art installations that play with light, colour and shadows. The festival seeks to promote environmentally-responsible behaviour for a sustainable future, with the theme ‘In Praise of Shadows’. The festival will see a showcase of 25 best works made with recyclable materials and energy-efficient technologies from emerging and world-class artists from Singapore and 12 other countries, including Japan, Germany, Israel, Norway, Canada, and the USA.

The Fullerton Heritage is proud to be a major supporter of this year’s i Light Marina Bay. Check out the installations around The Fullerton Heritage precinct such as MisoSoupDesign's Lightscape Pavilion at Clifford Square, and art group Laughing Stars' Marine Constellation.

Besides a fantastic display of sustainable visual arts, the festival also offers a dynamic line-up of events and programmes over four weekends, with a myriad of activities in store for everyone! Get crafty and make your own lantern at the Lighting Detectives Workshop, or wind down and enjoy  our spectacular view of the Marina Bay skyline with the “Shine Your Light” pop-up yoga series at Customs House. Better still, be a part of art with Urban Redevelopment Authority's "Play it Forward" interactive piano installation. There's plenty to partake in for everyone here at The Fullerton Heritage precinct so come down to experience it all!
