Boasting panoramic views of the Marina Bay, The Lighthouse Restaurant is the ideal destination for a celebration with a view. Relish an authentic Italian dinner prepared by Chef de Cuisine Carlo Marengoni, who brings to the table 35 years of culinary experience and a profound respect for Italy’s traditions. 

The evening’s repertoire includes Homemade Fettuccine with Duck Ragout topped with Pecorino Cheese; Poached Red Snapper Fillet with Basil and Tomato Broth; and Warm Puff Pastry with Galliano Custard and Fresh Berries.

Sunday Brunch at Town Restaurant

Alongside an international spread of fresh seafood, piping hot dim sum, local staples, a Japanese selection, carving station, Indian dishes and desserts, highlights of the Sunday Brunch include a spread of breakfast choices such as Traditional Eggs Benedict with Truffle Hollandaise Sauce; and Sous Vide Egg with Jumbo Crab Meat, Truffle Oil and Sliced Truffles; Pan-seared Foie Gras with Roasted Pear and Truffle Jus; Poached Oyster in Grapefruit Juice and Vodka; and Lobster and Porcini Risotto served in a Parmesan Wheel. 

Available at S$139* per adult and S$69* per child^ with free-flowing soft drinks and juices. Diners may elevate their dining experience with free-flowing champagne at an additional S$50* per adult. 

Dim Sum Brunch at Jade

A family favourite, the popular Mother’s Day à la carte Dim Sum Brunch comprises more than 50 exquisite creations. Delight in Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, Abalone Siew Mai, Braised Bird’s Nest with Truffle Egg White in Superior Broth, and Boiled Congee with Lobster and Dried Scallops.

Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea at The Courtyard
13 and 14 May, from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
A cosy afternoon awaits in the sunlit Courtyard, where families can enjoy traditional bites such as Smoked Salmon Mille Feuille with Avruga Caviar, Chocolate Éclair, Raspberry Financier, as well as locally-inspired treats including Otak-Otak Sandwiches, Curry Egg Sandwich and Kueh Lapis.

Available at S$100 nett for two adults with free-flowing premium coffee and teas. Additional sets are priced at S$49* per adult and S$25* per child^. Enjoy a glass of housepour wine at an additional S$10*, or a flute of Champagne at S$20*. All afternoon tea items are replenishable.
