On 12 and 13 May, families can shower mom with love, sparkling and stunning views of the Marina Bay Waterfront as chefs at The Pelican whip up a specially created three-course set menu this Mother’s Day. Priced at $75++ per person, each set also comes with free-flow sparkling, red and white wines for all mothers dining with their children only.

The three-course Mother’s Day menu starts with a serving of Manhattan Seafood Chowder, a tomato-based bisque with chunks of snapper, prawns, squid and finished off with brown butter bacon. Diners can then choose between the Pan-Seared Snapper Fillet, a perfectly moist fish fillet topped with Coriander Chilli Butter and a side of Cauliflower Gratin, or Lobster Tail Thermidor, a whole lobster halved and baked to perfection under a bed of cheese, served with a refreshing Lemon Risotto and Asparagus on the side. The meal is completed with a comforting serving of Fried Brownie, beer-battered deep fried moist and dense chocolate cake topped with a scoop of signature Vintage Strawberry Ice Cream.
