Boasting majestic unobstructed views of Marina Bay from One Fullerton, Forlino is a multi award winning restaurant best known in Singapore for it’s Italian Fine Dining.
Exclusively for Mother’s Day, Chef Matteo will be helming the kitchen with his very own mother, Mamma Grazia, who will be flying in to Singapore all the way from, Trecate, Novara Province for the very first time to bring you a specially curated menu with an Italian Mamma's touch.
A total of three new menus will be launched in celebration of Mother’s Day.
Mamma Grazia’s Italian Signatures Menu will run from 30th April till 1st June.
Mother’s Day Brunch Menu and Mamma Grazia and Son Dinner menu will be launched exclusively during the Mother’s Day weekend.
The specially curated menus are inspired by Mamma Grazia’s recipe, with Chef Matteo giving guests a glimpse of authentic Italian Cuisine from his childhood.
