The Clifford Pier餐廳為您帶來截然不同的下午茶時光,一嚐懷舊新加坡美食,感受獨特的本土風情。菜式由著名新加坡食譜作者李雪梅設計,精選鹹甜美點各8種,讓您穿梭新加坡飲食文化的過去與現在。The Clifford Pier餐廳的下午茶是向傳統烹飪技術的致敬之作。菜式源自李雪梅的家傳食譜,由她已故的祖母李進坤夫人撰寫,《李夫人食譜》已成為新加坡峇峇娘惹菜的聖經。令人垂涎的經典菜式包括黑豚扣肉包、辣椒蟹配饅頭、娘惹咖哩雞配煎網餅、海南咖吔包、玫瑰馬卡龍,以及英式熱帶果鬆餅配菠蘿雲呢拿果醬。
