Catalunya Singapore is preparing a special three-day Easter edition of our popular Weekend Brunch with Passion party from 25th to 27th March 2016 stocked with six authentic Spanish Holy Week dishes in addition to the restaurant’s signature Traditional Suckling Pig, Seafood Paella, free-flow Jamon Iberico, Churros and more.
Expect the season’s best produce like Spring Lamb Wellington and the Spanish celebration must haves like the Buñuelos de viento and Chickpeas and Cod Stew that is inspired by the tradition of abstaining from meat during Lent. On the dessert table, our chefs will present the La Mona de Pascua cake as well as Giant Easter Eggs where children can crack open for more surprise candies.
Diners will also be handed a chance to win a complimentary pair of dining vouchers at our mass bingo game! For the little ones, Easter-themed craft packs will be distributed to let their creativity flourish while adults enjoy an afternoon of cava by the Marina Bay.
