From 23 to 27 February, relish the gourmet creations from Chef Arnau Bosch, hailing from One Michelin-Star Can Bosch restaurant in Spain. Chef Arnau Bosch has been at the helm of his family restaurant since 2012, following an illustrious career at prestigious establishments including One Michelin-starred Fonda Gaig in Barcelona and Three Michelin-starred Royal Hospital Road in the United Kingdom by Gordon Ramsay.
Connoisseurs of Spanish gastronomy will be feted to a repertoire of seafaring creations, including Grilled Octopus with Cauliflower Parmentier and Fenneland Parsley Risotto with Sea Bass and Coriander Foam.
