Guests can come to Town every day of the week and still find something new to discover. The brimming buffet is supplemented daily with specialities: 

Sunday: Family Favourites
Enjoy hearty portions and communal plates of hand-picked wild mushroom ragout, teppanyaki-seared beef steak and kampong-style mee goreng. 

Monday: Hawker Delights
All your favourite hawker food under one roof: popiah, bak chor mee, black pepper jumbo crab, kambing soup and bak kut teh to name a few. 

Tuesday: Indian and Malay Fare 
Tingle your taste buds with Sumatran short rib rendang, butter chicken, masala thosai and dum pubkht lamb biryani. 

Wednesday: Sustainable Seafood
An array of ethically-sourced seafood is featured in delectable dishes such as Asian bouillabaisse, sambal stingray in banana leaf, ocean seafood gratin and steamed Teochew pomfret, 

Thursday: Sizzling Claypots 
Curry fish head, beef tips with dried chilli, Hong Kong sweet and sour pork, and chicken with Chinese sausages are served up in claypots for that authentic local taste. 

Friday: Oishii Japanese 
We pay tribute to the Land of the Rising Sun with pork jowl miso soup, unagi fried rice, crab chawanmushi, wagyu beef kakuni and tempura moriawase. 

Saturday: Fresh off the Grill
Our barbecues are all fired up for roasting whole baby suckling pigs, juicy wagyu rumps, succulent Colorado lamb racks and an assortment of chipolatas. 

Sunday to Tuesday:
