Carted on trolleys in keeping with the nostalgia of old tea houses, fluffy baos, freshly steamed dumplings, crispy fritters and crumbly pastries are presented alongside smooth rice congee with premium toppings of Pacific clams, cod fish and crab meat. The heritage chic setting is complemented by the dazzling waterfront and the dulcet tunes of our resident pianist and crooner.
