Join us at 1919 Waterboat House for an unforgettable evening to satisfy your tastebuds with French inspired food, delicious wines and a chance to widen your knowledge on the fine M. Chapoutier vintages. For the evening, 1919 Waterboat House will be showcasing a 4-Course Chef Wine Pairing Dinner with the prestigious & internationally acclaimed M. Chapoutier wines from the Rhone Valley Wine Region.
Guests will have the chance to taste four delectable dishes curated by our head chef with four delicious wines which have been impeccably paired to match each taste and flavour. The evening will be hosted by M.Chapoutier brand ambassador Edouard Payot who guests will have the chance to mingle and interact with on the night to find out more about the vintages & winery!
About the Menu
Tantalise your tastebuds with menu highlights including a Trio of Saumon; Tartare, Smoked & Parfait served with the M. Chapoutier Cotes-du-Rhone "Belleruche" Rouge 2016 and a Welsh Lamb Rack served with Spiced Cous Cous, Ratatouille & Thyme Jus paired with the M. Chapoutier Condriey "Invitare" 2015.
The dinner menu (Early Bird: $98++ Regular:$128++) has been both creatively and strategically, crafted for the M. Chapoutier wines which will be tasted on the evening. Getting the menu paramount was essential as the matching of food and wine is central to Michel Chapoutier's whole approach.
