The Fullerton Hotel’s weekend chocolate buffet has made way for a sweeter treat. Our executive pastry chef and chief mixologist have joined forces to collaborate on a selection of plated desserts and cocktail pairings. Alongside a Vanilla Grand Marnier Souffle with Jivara Chocolate Sauce and Double Cream Gelato, sip a liquid dessert of Lemon Meringue – crafted with housemade limoncello, pineapple juice and vodka – to heighten its complementing textures.
